Lalana's Tortellini Salad 2 package tricolor tortellini 1 jars artichoke hearts, marinated - cut into bite sized pieces 1 jars roasted red peppers, marinated - cut into bite sized pieces 1 can black olives, drained, sliced salt and pepper to taste optional fresh basil Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and pour into salad bowl. Add artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers, oil and all. Add black olives. Toss gently. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh torn basil leaves if desired.
