Fish Steaks with Lime and Cilantro 1 lime 1 bunch fresh cilantro 1 bunch fresh dill coarse sea salt fresh ground black pepper Place fish steaks, such as ahi tuna or swordfish, in a glass pan. Lightly sprinkle coarse sea salt and ground black pepper, turn over and repeat. Coarsley chop dill and cilantro and sprinkle over fish steaks. Take lime, give it a roll on the cutting board and then cut in half. Squeeze juice over fish steaks. Allow to marinate about 20 minutes or until ready to cook. Place on hot grill. Cook a couple of minutes on each side until medium rare. Remove from grill and serve.
