Chicken with Cream Sauce This recipe is a quick preparation that gives a bit of comfort. It can be served on it's own or with rice, or over noodles. Ingredients: 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken pieces 1 can cream soup (I use cream of chicken or cream of mushroom) 1/4 cup lite sour cream pepper Wash and pat dry pieces of boneless, skinless chicken - either white or dark meat. Grill or sautee chicken until almost done. This would be about 3 - 5 minutes to a side, depending on size. If you cut into the chicken it would still be a tiny bit pink but juices would run mostly clear. In a small baking dish or crockpot, mix cream soup and sour cream. Add a couple of dashes of pepper. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Bake for about 20 min at 375 to finish cooking the chicken. If in a small crockpot, this could go for a couple of hours.
